I, the undersigned, hereby confirm my participation in the Tour/Trek/Expedition organized by Travel Pocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Travel Pocket") and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Release of Liability
I acknowledge that by participating in this tour, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the trip, including any personal injury, illness, death, or damage to my property. I hereby release and discharge Travel Pocket, its officers, employees, agents, licensees, guides, and all other representatives, as well as land management authorities in the countries where the trip is conducted (collectively referred to as "Travel Pocket and its employees"), from all liability, costs, losses, or damages incurred during the course of the tour unless caused by the willful negligence or wrongful act of Travel Pocket and its employees.

2. Waiver of Claims
I waive any and all claims I may have against Travel Pocket and its employees in respect to personal injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to property resulting from my participation in the trip. I understand and accept that I am traveling at my own risk and will not seek compensation or make claims for any losses or damages incurred during the trip.

3. Refund Policy & Cancellations

• Refunds for Cancellations by Participant: I understand that Travel Pocket has a strict cancellation policy. If I cancel my trip, I will not be eligible for any refund after booking the tour, except as outlined in the cancellation policy.
• Refund in Case of Tour Cancellation by TravelPocket: Should the tour be cancelled by TravelPocket for any reason beyond the control of the participant (e.g., political unrest, travel restrictions, etc.), I will be entitled to a refund of the registration fees. Alternatively, I may choose to shift my booking to another trip listed on the website.
• Cancellation by Travel Authorities: If the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is not permitted in 2025 due to government or travel authority restrictions, I can either claim a refund of my registration fees or transfer my booking to another trip offered by Travel Pocket.

• If you wish to cancel your trip after booking, you must provide written notice to TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd. The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • For cancellations made Before 60 days before departure: A full refund will be issued, except for the non-refundable deposit of USD 300 (for NRI/Foreign Passport holders) or INR 11,000 (for Indian Passport holders).
  • For cancellations made 30 to 60 days before departure: 75% of the total amount will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • For cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided, and all payments made will be forfeited.

4. Payment Obligations
I agree to make the full payment for the tour package at least 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to complete the payment on time will result in automatic cancellation of my booking, with the cancellation charges applicable as per the policy.
Advance Deposit: I acknowledge that an advance deposit of INR 11,000 (for Indian nationals) or USD 300 (for international nationals) is required to confirm my booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances unless the tour is cancelled by Travel Pocket.

5. Passport and Travel Documentation
I confirm that my passport is valid for at least six months from the date of departure from Kathmandu/Lucknow.
I will provide all necessary travel documentation to Travel Pocket for processing my trip, including any visas, permits, or other official requirements as specified by the tour operator.

6. Acknowledgment of Itinerary and Terms
I have thoroughly read and understood the itinerary, terms, and conditions provided by Travel Pocket for the trip. I understand that the itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political factors, or changes imposed by travel authorities.
I acknowledge that any modifications to the trip or alterations to the departure schedule will be communicated to me in advance.

7. Medical Disclosure
I declare that I am in good health and physically fit to participate in the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra or any other trip arranged by Travel Pocket.
I have consulted with a licensed medical professional (MBBS doctor) and obtained clearance for participating in the trip. I will disclose any health issues that may affect my participation in the trip.

8. Assumption of Risk
I understand that the nature of this tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, high-altitude trekking, unpredictable weather, and remote locations. I voluntarily accept these risks and acknowledge that Travel Pocket is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or accident incurred as a result of participating in the trip.

9. Insurance
I am aware that travel insurance is not included in the cost of the tour. It is my responsibility to ensure that I am adequately covered for illness, injury, loss of personal items, baggage, trip cancellations, and any other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Route Changes, Postponement, or Delay
I acknowledge that Travel Pocket reserves the right to alter the itinerary, routes, or dates of departure due to unforeseen events, including weather conditions, political or military instability, or other factors beyond its control. In such cases, I will not be entitled to a refund or compensation, and I agree to abide by the decisions made by Travel Pocket in the best interest of all participants.

11. Airline
I understand that any material published by Travel Pocket, the Booking Form, and the associated terms and conditions do not commit any airline whose services are used or proposed to be used in the course of the trip.
In the event of changes to airline schedules, cancellations, or amendments, I acknowledge that these alterations will not be treated as a cancellation of the trip by TravelPocket. Any issues arising from airline changes will be dealt with directly between me and the airline, and I agree to bear any additional costs or changes incurred.

12. Trip Prices
The trip price provided to me is based on current ground costs, fuel prices, exchange rates, and other factors available at the time of booking. I understand that TravelPocket reserves the right to amend the trip price, or any part of it, without prior notice, due to increases in fuel prices, airfares, exchange rates, or other unforeseen increases in costs.
If the price of the trip increases due to circumstances beyond the control of Travel Pocket, such as an increase in USD exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or government taxes, I agree to pay the difference before the departure date.

13. Legal Agreement
By submitting this booking form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above. This document serves as a binding agreement between me and TravelPocket for my participation in the scheduled tour.
I understand that no changes to these terms will be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Travel Pocket.

14. Acknowledgment of Terms & Conditions
I have carefully read and fully understood all the terms and conditions as laid out in this declaration. I confirm my acceptance of these conditions and agree to abide by them throughout the duration of the trip.

TravelPocket Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (?Agreement?) govern your use of TravelPocket services, including the booking of trips, experiences, and accommodations provided by TravelPocket and its partners for "Limi Lapcha" (?Destination? or ?Trip?). By accessing, browsing, or using TravelPocket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Agreement By accessing or using TravelPocket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. TravelPocket reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted.

• Booking: You may use TravelPocket to book travel packages, experiences, accommodations, or services related to Limi Lapcha. You will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the booking process.

• Payment: All bookings require payment via accepted payment methods. TravelPocket offers secure payment gateways to process your payments. Prices listed are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

• Currency: All prices will be listed in the local currency of the destination or as otherwise specified by TravelPocket. Currency conversions may apply for international payments.

• Confirmation: Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation. Ensure that all details are accurate and immediately notify TravelPocket of any discrepancies.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations by Traveler: Travelers may cancel their bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy for each specific service or trip. Cancellation fees may apply, which are based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date.

• Cancellations by TravelPocket: In the event that TravelPocket is unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, a full refund or an alternative booking option will be offered.

• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to TravelPocket?s policies and can take several business days to complete, depending on the payment method.

5. Travel Requirements

• Passport & Visa: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct travel documents, including passports, visas, and other required documentation, to visit Limi Lapcha.

• Health & Safety: Travelers must comply with all health and safety regulations applicable at the time of travel, including vaccinations and COVID-19 restrictions (if any). TravelPocket will not be responsible for any health-related issues during the trip.

6. Rsponsibilities of Travelers

• Compliance with Local Laws: Travelers agree to comply with all local laws and regulations in Limi Lapcha, including customs, dress codes, and behavioral expectations.

• Conduct: Travelers are expected to act responsibly and respectfully during their trip. TravelPocket reserves the right to cancel bookings or remove guests from the trip if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other travelers or the local community.

7.Liability

• TravelPocket?s responsibility is limited to arranging the booking of travel services. TravelPocket is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to property, or delays in travel.

• Force Majeure: TravelPocket is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Travel Insurance TravelPocket recommends that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, lost baggage, or medical emergencies. TravelPocket is not responsible for such events and does not provide travel insurance.

9. Intellectual Property All content provided on TravelPocket, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of TravelPocket or its partners. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the website solely for personal purposes. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection TravelPocket is committed to protecting your privacy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with TravelPocket?s Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably through informal negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction] and held in [Location]

Payment Terms:

1. An advance payment of ?40,000 per person is required to secure your seat for the expedition.
2. The remaining balance must be cleared at least one week before the journey's start date.
3. Payments are accepted via UPI, credit card, or debit card. Cheques are not accepted.
4. In the event the tour extends beyond the scheduled days due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government directives, adverse weather conditions), an additional charge of ?3,000 per person per day will apply.

Mandatory Documents (For Permit):

1. Four passport-size photographs.
2. Government-issued photo ID card.
3. Medical certificate and disclaimer (to be completed by the participant).

Fitness Advisory:

1. To ensure a comfortable and safe journey, participants are strongly encouraged to improve their cardiovascular endurance.
2. A suggested fitness benchmark is the ability to jog 4 km in 20 minutes, which helps build the stamina required for the trip.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

12. If the trip is canceled at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen events (e.g., rain, earthquakes, landslides, strikes):
• Participants may choose an alternative batch date.
13. Cancellation Charges:
• 45+ days before the trip: Full refund.
• 30 to 44 days before the trip: 25% of the trip fees will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 15 to 29 days before the trip: 50% of the trip fees will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Within 14 days of the trip: No refund will be provided.

1. Eligibility: Participants must be physically and mentally fit to undertake the yatra. A valid medical fitness certificate may be required.

3. Group Size: A minimum number of participants is essential for the yatra. If the required group size is not met, TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip.
4. Permits: TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd. will arrange all necessary permits for the yatra. Participants must provide accurate details and adhere to the rules and regulations of the concerned authorities.
5. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and evacuation is mandatory for all participants.
6. Weather and Terrain: The yatra involves high-altitude trekking and travel in challenging terrain, with unpredictable weather conditions. Participants must follow the guidance of the tour leader at all times.
7. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for the safety of their belongings. TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd. assumes no liability for loss or theft.

1. Booking Amount: To confirm participation, a booking amount of ?11,000 per person is required.
2. Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid one day prior to the departure date.
3. Late Payment: Delays in payment may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.

1. Cancellation by Participant:
   • Cancellation made more than 60 days before the departure date: Full refund after deducting government taxes.
   • Cancellation made between 45 to 60 days before the departure date: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
   • Cancellation made between 30 to 45 days before the departure date: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
   • Cancellation made less than 30 days before the departure date: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd.:
   • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, political unrest, or insufficient group size, participants will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
   • TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as travel to the departure point.

In case the yatra is extended beyond the planned schedule due to circumstances beyond the control of TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd., such as natural calamities, road blockages, strikes, or other unforeseen events, an additional charge of ?2,500/- per person per day will be applicable.
This amount will cover additional accommodation, meals, and logistical arrangements required during the extended period.

1. Risk Acknowledgment: Participants acknowledge that the yatra involves inherent risks, including physical exertion, weather variations, and remote locations. By signing this declaration, participants accept these risks.
2. Force Majeure: TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, road blockages, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
3. Tour Changes: TravelPocket Exploration Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify the itinerary, route, or accommodation for safety or other unavoidable reasons. No compensation will be provided for such changes.
